Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

The following conditions must be met to process an exchange:

• Product must be unused and unwashed.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Exchange request must be submitted within 7 days.
• Product should be in resellable condition.

Exchange Not Accepted If

• Item is worn, washed, stained, or has perfume traces.
• Tags or packaging are missing or damaged.
• Product was purchased from clearance or non-returnable sale.
• Product shows intentional damage or misuse.

Reasons Eligible for Exchange

• Wrong product delivered
• Defective or damaged item
• Size exchange (subject to availability)

How to Request an Exchange

1. Go to Contact page or WhatsApp support.
2. Share your Order ID with a photo of the issue.
3. Our team verifies the request within 24–48 hours.
4. Pickup will be arranged for approved cases.
5. Replacement is shipped after quality check.

Important Notes

• Exchange is free for wrong/defective items.
• Size exchange may include pickup or reshipping charges.
• If the replacement is out of stock, store credit will be issued.
